If you own a Juiced Bikes and something's gone wrong, the fix is almost always one of six common problems. Each has a Juiced-specific diagnostic path below — plus the gear that actually solves it.

1. Battery won't charge
The #1 cause across every ebike. On Juiced specifically: Juiced 52V packs need a 58.8V charger output — confirm with multimeter. A 48V charger (54.6V) will chronically under-charge.

2. Range suddenly dropped
Juiced 52V cells age slowly if not pushed hard. If range dropped fast, check for cell imbalance rather than capacity loss.
3. Motor cuts out mid-ride
Geared hub motors like the Juiced's can overheat on long hills. Cool-down window is usually 5-10 minutes. Also check motor phase connector — vibration works it loose.
4. Display error codes
Juiced uses proprietary displays with unique codes. Check user manual — Juiced codes don't match Bafang standard.
5. Throttle not responding
UK Class 1 pedelecs (most Juiceds sold in UK) restrict throttle to walk-assist (6 km/h). If throttle worked before and doesn't now, check display settings menu for throttle ON/OFF, then test the hall sensor voltage with a multimeter.
6. Pedal assist won't engage
Juiced torque-sensor models need zero-offset calibration. Scorpion and CrossCurrent X need proprietary service tool.
